Smartphone Hoesjes Review – Smartphones are an integral part of everyday life for many people, including us. It’s the primary camera for communicating with friends, for work, for news, and most importantly, for raising (or trying to parent) your children. With such an important role, we decided to invest in a good smartphone, and when you buy something beautiful, you want to protect it a little in case the heartbreaking images on the retina of a cracked screen last for days or weeks. sometimes it lasts for months.

A few months ago, we took a detailed look at several Gear4 cases, and so far we’re confident. One of the disadvantages of consciously choosing one brand or model is the lack of comparison material, so when we asked if we wanted to try a wider range of .. well .. smartphone covers via phonehoesjes.nl, we said yes. In this review, we looked at five different cases (both original and third-party), placed them next to previous Gear4 cases, referenced the original Samsung S View case, and found that it’s possible to design your own printed case. . I didn’t think so, but it looked pretty.

First on this list is the Spigen Tough Armor Case. For many smartphone owners, Spigen will be one of the most popular case manufacturers, not the cheapest, but offering quality things without taking away from their hands. Despite a fairly extensive range, including some sleek cases, we’re still seeing a trend of ruggedly curved cases at Spigen.

Galaxy S23 Review: This $800 Phone Is Amazing If You Spend $860 On It

Of course, the Tough Armor case consists of a combination of black and anthracite, a flexible yet very tough rubber construction, and a tough shell on the back of the phone. One big advantage of the hard cover is that it resists dust and fingerprints well. In the long term we expect some scratches, but in the short term it is still good, at least it looks modern. It makes the rather elegant Samsung Galaxy S7 somewhat physical. Of course, the face is a lot about emotion, and if you’re going for that tough look, Spigen seems to be doing a good job.

The case incorporates airbag technology in the corners to protect against drops and bumps. The impressions are also cases that can take a bit of a beating, but (and this is entirely subjective) I feel like the D3O technology in the Gear4 case could be a bit more secure. However, compared to a simple TPU cover, or Samsung’s standard design, the Spigen is more durable and shock-absorbing. The buttons are also quite large and feel firm, but are softer to operate than the Gear4’s case, which is nice from a practical point of view. In any case, it leaves a positive impression in terms of protection and appearance.

Keep in mind that such models benefit from a screen protector, and better glass versions provide a better experience than cheaper versions. Check out some screen protectors here (open a new page), we didn’t include one in this comparison because you don’t really like them yourself.

I used to have a Spigen myself, but eventually traded it for some card room cases. I had never heard of the Black Rock brand, but the pictures on the site impressed me so it was easy to make the choice to go with another brand.

Lg K40™ Smartphone For Metro By T Mobile (lmx420mm)

To be honest, this cover wasn’t visually disappointing. The black rock material mesh brochure bag features a beautiful matte gray slim design with a modest yet elegant print and a very smooth finish on the inside. We see room for a row, a parking ticket or some folded bill. Not a real wallet, but it’s functional too.

A thin element has its consequences, because the protection offered is less. Of course, a case like this protects the screen very well in your pocket or handbag, for example, think about the keys around that dash, but I don’t want to drop the phone from a great height. No “airbag” material, “D3O” or anything fancy, just a plastic frame. It’s nice that the connections are completely open and free, so you won’t have any problems with larger charging cables like some peripheral cables.

Of course, €25 isn’t much, and if you’re focused on all-round protection, Spigen seems to be the safest option for your money. However, compared to Samsung’s View Cover, it’s a bit different, and if you’re primarily looking for protection against your keys and aren’t worried about accidentally dropping your phone, the Black Rock is a viable alternative. I regret the lack of a closing mechanism, which in reality sometimes opens the booklet in the way you don’t want it to, which is a little less elegant. The Gear4 Oxford (34, 95) is much more expensive and thicker, but I think it’s much better with a sturdy and durable enclosure, and when you’re talking about 500€ phones, 10€ more is not much. . Again, it’s a nice sight to behold, but will you find enough to buy it at this price? I tend to shop more and can’t resist going back to Gear4 Oxford very soon.

Little by little, we are working in the direction of simple and specialized, and now we have the first Samsung shell with a specific approach: with a physical keyboard.

A Stylish, Affordable Phone Case Subscription For Everyone: Casely Phone Cases

With half-view windows, the S View Cover isn’t great, and the prettiest one I’ve ever seen is a Samsung keyboard cover. For this gold model, we’d definitely go for the white S7, because it’s the best; For the black S7, I would consider the black type cover. The shell doesn’t have a fancy drop-absorbing solution and is based entirely on a plastic body, but it’s still more durable and, most importantly, has a very fine finish. The design and the Samsung brand feel more luxurious to me, and the physical impression is really positive, even though it weighs only 36g, so it’s a bit heavy.

The keyboard itself is very nice, the firm keys have a pleasant feedback, but not too heavy, and even on the first day, you can type more smoothly with less use of the back key. Although not everyone makes as many typos as I do. Of course keyboards aren’t perfect, and that certainly has consequences, especially when you lose half of your screen. The practical benefit is mainly that you can use the cover separately, and the keyboard can only click on it at will. Take a slow train and write a longer email? Tap and go.

The standard price of around 50 euros is a lot for extras, which in my opinion will not leave you 24/7, and the protection of a separate cover is certainly not enough. As of this writing, the keyboard cover for the S7 is available for $24.95, which is even cheaper. On the other hand, if you look at it from a business perspective and see it as a time saver, I totally understand the choice. All in all, it’s an interesting thing to look at, and another plus point for the looks and finish, as it’s not for everyone, but it’s a really neat tool.

Speaking of style…this case with built-in space is not at all. Samsung offers an original 2700mAh battery for €64.95, which is just short of fully charging your S7, so we went with an unbranded 6000mAh solution for €29.95; More power for your money.

Eco Friendly Phone Cases

This also applies to practice. The building looks clean, but there are no good words for its appearance. Your phone will turn into a kind of container, or if you put it down, it will hurt your beloved phone. Yes, look closely, you can’t be invisible. Except for the back of your phone, there’s very little protection, as the two arms on the sides do little else than use your phone.
